The BarCart was designed with extreme versatility, considering modern kayak hulls' varying shapes and sizes. Its bunk system features both inline and crossbars, which can be configured in either a "roof rack style" or traditional "bunk-style," depending on the shape of your vessel's hull. With six locking positions available, you can adjust the bars to precisely fit your kayak's width and shape. The BarCart features several tie-down points, including strap loops on the wheel hubs and a centralized tie-down point at the axle's center to ensure that every kayak can be adequately secured. These tie-down points are compatible with 1" flat webbing cam straps and rope with less than 5/16" diameter. Four easily positionable rubber bumpers are included to provide additional grip on the underside of your kayak, which snap on for long-term durability.
The BarCart is collapsible, with wheels that can be removed with a push of a button. Bunk bars collapse with a ferrule and bungee system, and uprights fold down parallel to the axle for compact storage. No tools are needed to perform these functions. Everything can be removed from the axle except the centralized tiedown point.
