Thank you for shopping with Sunjammers. We’re a locally owned outfitter in Historic St. Andrews, Panama City, and we’re committed to making sure your gear fits your lifestyle — and your expectations.
We offer nationwide shipping on clothing and select sunglasses. In-store pickup is available at our Panama City retail location. Shipping quotes and fulfillment are based on real-time carrier rates and availability. If you have questions about shipping a specific item, especially sunglasses or oversized products, please contact us before placing your order.
Most products purchased from Sunjammers are final sale, but we do accept returns on select items under the following conditions.
Clothing may be returned within seven days of purchase if unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
Shoes are returnable within seven days, but they must show no signs of wear, including scuffs, creases, or dirt. If there is visible wear, the item will not be accepted for return.
All kayak sales are final. Due to the nature of paddlesports equipment, we do not accept returns or exchanges on kayaks.
Sunglasses are final sale. We encourage customers to visit our store to try on different styles and receive expert help from our team before purchasing.
Items that are personalized, made-to-order, used for hygiene purposes, or marked final sale or clearance cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after the return is received and approved.
If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit in the form of a mailed gift certificate once the return is processed. If the gift was purchased and received by someone else before being given to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
